Jerome (Jerry) Dublan, CPA has more than 30 years of experience in accounting and auditing in both the public and private sectors with more than 20 years in the insurance industry. Prior to forming his own practice in January 2004, he was with the same firm for more than 15 years serving the needs of large and small clients exclusively in the insurance industry. His clients included P & C, life and A & H companies, reinsurance companies, insurance agencies, self-insurers, insurance service organizations and premium finance companies. Based on his expertise in matters such as loss reserving, reinsurance, tax accounting, investment reporting, internal control systems, internal auditing, and insurance company relations with actuaries, regulators and reinsurers, he has served as a consulting and research expert and authored articles for publication.

Jerry holds a B.S.B.A. with honors in accounting from Roosevelt University in Chicago and attained his CPA certification in Illinois. He is a member of the AICPA and Illinois CPA Society. He is also a past president of the Chicago Chapter of the Insurance Accounting and Systems Association (IASA) and has served on various committees of the IASA involved in the planning of local and regional educational conferences.

Jerome A. Zienty, JD, LLM graduated from Loyola University in Chicago with a B.A. in history and political science. He went on to earn a law degree and Master of Laws in Taxation from John Marshall Law School. He has served as a board member of numerous nonprofit organizations and trade associations, including the Better Business Bureau of Chicago and Northern Illinois.

Mr. Zienty spent most of his 25-year career in the insurance and member services industries. He has been involved in the management and oversight of many areas such as claims, underwriting, human resources and training, policyholder sales and service, real estate, tax compliance, regulatory relations and public affairs. He has also directed conversions to stock companies and managed M & A activities.

Most recently, he left his position of Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of AAA Chicago Motor Club and Chicago Motor Club Insurance to build his own private law practice. Jerome brings to IIAC, Ltd a rich background for consulting in the operational and regulatory areas of the insurance industry.

Alice Beninati, CPA, MST has devoted more than 20 years to meeting the diversified tax compliance and planning needs of the insurance industry in both the public and private arenas. She has particular expertise in representing insurance companies in all phases of federal and state tax audits. Alice graduated from Roosevelt University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with high honors, earned a Masters degree in Taxation from DePaul University and is a CPA in Illinois. A member of the AICPA, Illinois CPA Society and Chicago Tax Club, she also serves on the Women’s Board of Directors for the Lincoln Park Zoo and as a Board Member of the Not-For-Profit Tax Subcommittee of the Illinois CPA Society.
