Insurance Industry Auditing and Consulting, Ltd commenced operations in January 2004. Headquartered in the Chicago area, the firm’s practice is national in territory.

IIAC, Ltd was formed by Jerome P. Dublan, CPA based on his vision to provide high quality, professional auditing, consulting and tax services exclusively to the small and middle-market segment of the insurance industry in a responsive, client service oriented manner at reasonable rates.

The firm is an affiliation of highly experienced and seasoned professionals with decades of expertise in insurance and insurance related industries. In addition to Mr. Dublan’s concentration in auditing and other attestation engagements, IIAC, Ltd is proud to include as part of its core practice the talents of Jerome A. Zienty, JD, LLM specializing in operational consulting and regulatory matters, and Alice Beninati, CPA, MST heading tax compliance and planning.
